COMMUNICATION Remote Login
Staff and Faculty members of Biostatistics have the capability to remotely logon to their computer at work. This is accomplished by using the pcANYWHERE application by Symantec. This software allows the users to take control of their work computer from outside the university. This process is called "Remote Control". During a remote control session the user can perform any function on their computer at work just as if they were sitting in front of the computer itself.
All that is needed is to install the pcANYWHERE software on their remote PC as well as their work PC.
