FILE & DATA STORAGE Backups
Tape backups are provided daily as routine fault tolerance on our UNIX file server named BIO2. All files on BIO2 are backed up. No files that are located locally on your PC are backed up. This is why it is important that you save all your work on BIO2. If you have lost a file on BIO2 and need to retrieve it; Please contact Chris Brower at ext.56269 for further assistance.
